No BVD:

Star of the Rockies Alpacas has tested our Sires with a full panel blood screen. They are PI-negative and free of BVD antibodies. Blood test results verifying this information will be provided to your at the time of breeding for your records.

Certification:

Before any breeding, Star of the Rockies Alpacas must receive a copy of the following.

  • ARI Certificate verifying animal and ownership
  • Blood panel test from a vet showing PI-negative for BVD on the dam (and cria if present)
  • Signed breeding contract with Star of the Rockies Alpacas.
